And this is how you can improve them:
First of all, you should take fashion points to improve any skill. To take those points you should shop :
1) Beauty Salon: You can change the price for a beauty salon visit, so you get more Fashion Points with less changes. Don't worry, you can always change it again for free, if you want.
$100 = 1 point
$500 = 4 points
$1,000 = 8 points
$2,000 = 14 points
$5,000 = 35 points
$10,000 = 70 points

You can take fashion points from Mall, Pet Shop and Furniture Shop. As much as you're buying you will have the appropriate fashion points
And now, as you've got some fashion points, choose one of your skills that needs the most improvement, and improve it.
Of course you can always improve a skill with dollars but sometimes it's easier with fashion points.
Choose one of two and your skill is improved.
There is a diffrence in the skills. About the ''Loyalty'' skill, you can't improve it with fashion points but only with dollars. Loyalty is about training your pet. If you train any of your pets once, you should wait two hours to train it again. As you train it, it needs more dollars than before for the next train. But when you're buying a new pet you start all over to paying from 100 dollars and more 100 in any training.
In any training the amount to re-educate (after 2 hours) will rise to $ 100 each time
